Do we need to be a cross-cultural couple to work with you?

No, while we specialize in cross-cultural relationships, we welcome all couples who are open to working in English. Our approach is beneficial for any couple seeking to improve communication and understanding, regardless of cultural background.

Session Information

How long are your therapy sessions?

Our regular sessions are 2 hours long, which we've found is the optimal time for couples to truly explore issues in depth. Initial consultations are 90 minutes. We believe longer sessions allow for more meaningful progress than the traditional 50-60 minute format.

How many sessions will we need?

Every couple is unique, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer. Some couples attend 4-6 sessions to address specific issues, while others benefit from longer-term work. After the initial consultation, we'll discuss our recommendations based on your specific situation and goals.

What languages do you offer therapy in?

Our sessions are primarily conducted in English. Eva is fluent in Latvian and can incorporate this when helpful, but our main therapeutic language is English.

Do you offer online therapy sessions?

Yes, we offer secure online sessions for couples anywhere in the world. Our virtual sessions provide the same quality of care as our in-person sessions in Riga, with flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones.

Where is your office located in Riga?

Our therapy space is centrally located in Riga. For privacy and security reasons, we provide the exact address after booking your first appointment.
